National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) focuses on building up the level of healthcare across the country. NCQA tests companies like Absolute Total Care to see if they are giving the best care they can.
We are proud to have been reaccredited by NCQA in 2025. Absolute Total Care received accreditation for meeting or exceeding performance standards based on measures such as quality and member satisfaction. In addition, Absolute Total Care received NCQA’s Health Outcomes Accreditation in 2025 for meeting or exceeding standards that address inequities to improve healthcare access and outcomes for all members. Renewal surveys for NCQA Health Plan Accreditation and Health Outcomes Accreditation occur on a three‑year cycle. The next renewal survey for both accreditations is scheduled for 2028.
We also received 3.5 rating out of 5 in NCQA’s Health Insurance Plan Ratings.
Our goal is to improve our members' health and services through different programs.
