24/7 Nurse Advice Line 

You can call the Absolute Total Care Nurse Advice Line any time. This service is free, and they can answer health questions. They answer calls 24 hours a day, every day. Call 1-866-433-6041 with your health questions. Our nurses speak English and Spanish. If you speak a different language, you can ask for a translator.

Health Insurance Mobile App

Absolute Total Care has a secure Mobile app. It is free for members who have a smart phone. It gives you many helpful tools to help you manage and take charge of your health. It provides access to your member benefit and personal health information.

Member Services can answer questions about Absolute Total Care. We can help you Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern.

  • For any other issues, Call Provider Engagement Provider Services at 1-866-433-6041 (TTY: 711). They can answer questions you may have about Absolute Total Care. 

 Language Interpretation Services Coverage

Absolute Total Care is committed to delivering services that are culturally appropriate and sensitive to meet our member’s needs. The Interpreter Request Form can be used to assist member with coordination for In-person, virtual interpretation, etc. Please submit requests to InterpreterRequests@centene.com
