The Absolute Total Care Provider Directory is a list of physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, dental and other healthcare providers that are available to you. Be sure to choose your correct plan when searching:

  • Wellcare By Absolute Total Care (Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs Plan)
  • Ambetter (Health Insurance Marketplace)

Visit the Wellcare By Absolute Total Care website to search for a provider or access printable provider and pharmacy directories. When searching for a provider, select the following plan:

To find an Ambetter primary care provider or specialist, click the button below then choose your correct plan when searching:

Choose Your Provider

  1. Choose your provider through the Secure Member Portal.
  2. Call Absolute Total Care Member Services at 1-866-433-6041 (TTY: 711), and tell us who you want as your doctor.
