Getting Started
You can start earning rewards as soon as you become a member! After you complete one of the listed healthy behaviors a CentAccount card will be mailed to you. New rewards will be added to the card when you complete a healthy behavior.

| Chlamydia Screening | $10 | 1 reward annually (age 16-24) |
| Annual Cervical Cancer | $10 | I reward annually (age 21-64) |
| Annual Breast Cancer Screening | $20 | 1 reward annually (age 40-69) |
