• How to obtain a referral from your PCP.
• How to access member benefits.
• The healthcare you get at Absolute Total Care.
• How to use Absolute Total Care’s services.
• How to get medical advice when you cannot see the doctor.
• Emergency care and urgent care.
• How to live a healthy life.
• How to get shots and health screenings.
• Other healthcare problems you may have.

MemberConnections representatives can also help you get social services. These social services will help you with food, housing and clothing.
